Overview:

As a Patient Care Nurse Assistant, you will assist and provide direct patient care while under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. As a PCNA in the Float Pool, you will work with diverse populations of patients in numerous units, departments, and or locations while learning from many of our best caregivers. This position requires someone to be flexible and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A PCNA in this role is familiar with reporting and watching a patient's health condition while organizing and aiding with housekeeping in patient rooms. Work alongside our nurses and physicians who are eager to teach and welcome new people to the team.
